Merchant help
Support
Setup, billing, synchronization, reporting, and account support for InventoryQ merchants.
Contact support
Email mostafashakibanics@gmail.com. Include the permanent .myshopify.com store domain, the page where the issue occurred, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment information.
Installation and access
Install InventoryQ from its Shopify App Store listing and approve the requested read permissions. The app opens inside Shopify admin. If an expired session interrupts access, reopen InventoryQ from Shopify admin to authenticate again.
Initial setup
Select a plan, then allow the initial product, inventory, location, and order synchronization to finish. Configure low-stock thresholds, dead stock days, lead time, safety stock, and target inventory days under Settings.
Billing and plan changes
Open Billing in the app navigation to view the current plan, upgrade, downgrade, reactivate, or cancel. Paid changes are not active until Shopify confirms approval. A declined or closed approval page leaves the previous plan unchanged.
Data synchronization
Dashboard results reflect the latest completed local synchronization. New stores need sufficient order history before sales-velocity and dead-stock classifications become meaningful. If data appears stale, record the last-calculated time shown in the app when contacting support.
Reports and alerts
Inventory reports are calculated from synchronized data. CSV and PDF availability depends on the active plan. Email alerts require a valid notification address and enabled alert types in Settings.
Privacy requests
Review the Privacy Policy. Merchants can uninstall InventoryQ from Shopify admin. Customer privacy requests should be submitted to the Shopify merchant that controls the customer relationship.
